Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India. Female candidates only.

- Priority is determined based on community category (ST, SC, Other) and social status (Destitute, Unwed Mother, Divorcee/Desertee).
- Further tie-breaking priority depends on residential location (Rangamatia GP, Shamakhunta Block, Mayurbhanj District) and elder age.
