Eligibility
Candidates must hold an M.Sc. (Ag.) with specialization in Plant Breeding / Plant Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Genetics / Plant Physiology with a 4/5 year Bachelor’s Degree. Alternatively, candidates with a Post Graduate degree in Basic Science (Botany / Plant Physiology / Organic Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Genetics) having a 3-year Bachelor’s degree and 2-year Master’s degree must possess NET qualification and two years of agricultural research experience. Ph.D. is desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years. Age relaxation for SC, ST, and OBC candidates applies as per Govt of India norms.
